4. Estimates and Quotes
- Walk-through and written estimates are provided free of charge for projects within our service area.
- Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
- Final price may be adjusted if scope changes are discovered after walls are opened (drywall damage, mold). Changes presented in writing before proceeding.
- All estimates are non-binding until a signed agreement is executed.
5. Scheduling and Work Performance
We work Monday–Friday (8am–6pm) and Saturday (9am–2pm), excluding federal holidays. Weather may delay exterior projects — we reschedule at no additional cost. You must provide access to the work area during scheduled hours.
6. Payment Terms
Typical deposit: 30% upon signing, balance due at substantial completion. Specific terms are defined in the individual project agreement. Accepted methods: check, ACH, credit card (processing fee may apply), or cashier's check. Late payments accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by Florida law. No work proceeds without a signed agreement and approved deposit.
7. Warranty
- Interior work: 5-year workmanship warranty
- Exterior work: 3-year workmanship warranty
- Cabinet refinishing: 5-year workmanship warranty
- Prep work defects: Lifetime warranty — if paint fails due to our surface preparation, we repair at no cost
Warranty covers workmanship, not material defects (manufacturer warranty applies separately). Warranty void if surfaces are altered by third parties or damaged by causes outside our control (flood, impact, vandalism).
8. Customer Responsibilities
Accurately describe project scope during walk-through. Disclose known issues (prior water damage, mold, asbestos suspicion) before work begins. Secure pets and fragile items before crew arrival. Provide sufficient electrical access. Notify us promptly of concerns during the work.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, our total liability for any claim arising from services performed shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for damage to pre-existing defects or hidden conditions.
10. Insurance
We carry general liability insurance, workers' compensation, and auto insurance as required by Florida law. Certificate of Insurance available upon request.
